International Conference Physics of Neutron Stars – 2017 50 years after July 10 — 14, 2017, Saint Petersburg, Russia

Participants will be able to pay the fee using a credit card or a bank transfer. We will also accept payment during the conference.

The fee will be:

• Regular fee — 15000 RUB
• M.S. or Ph.D. students — 7500 RUB

Beginning on July 1, 2017, the fee will increase:

• Regular fee — 17000 RUB
• M.S. or Ph.D. students — 8500 RUB

The fee includes welcome party, coffee breaks, lunches from Monday through Friday, and participant toolkit.

The conference dinner is not included in the fee and should be paid separately:

• Conference dinner — 3500 RUB per person

The system will make a currency conversion automatically using the current conversion rate. Therefore if you wish to pay by a bank transfer, you have to pay the amount shown in the invoice within two days from the invoice generation date. Please, keep in mind that any fees, associated with the bank transfer, must be covered by yourself. The organizing committee will inform you, if the amount actually transferred to our account is smaller than the amount shown in the invoice. You will be requested to compensate the difference at the time of the registration at the conference.

The login information for the online payment system is given in your personal account at the conference website. It consists of the same login name as used for the conference website and a randomly generated password.

This password can be changed later on (see below).

Please check the correctness of the information under "Registration fee" and "Personal Information" tabs before proceeding to payment.

If you wish to use invoice generated for the bank transfer, please fill in the Address, Phone, and Postal Code fields at the "Personal Information" tab.

The payment itself is performed at the "Payment" tab, where you need to check necessary payments and select the desired paying method.

You can pay for the conference dinner in the online system. Please select a number of conference dinner tickets under the Social Program tab.

Note, that you can also book and pre-pay the hotel accommodation in the Saint Petersburg and Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya hotels via the "Hotel accommodation" tab of the online payment system (see also the Accommodation section of the conference website). The booking for the Orbita hotel is not possible in this way.

Finally, in order to change the password, you need to reach the Preferences section of the online system which can be reached by clicking your login name in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting "Perferences".

The password can be also reset by using the Forgot Password link from the login screen of the online system. We strongly recommend to log in and check the correctness of your e-mail at the "Personal Information" tab before using this method of the password reset (since the reset link will be send to your e-mail)

Note, that you can always return to the payment section by clicking the logo in the upper middle of the screen.

Please keep in mind also, that the personal information in the online payment system is not synchronized automatically with the personal account of the conference website.
