Charge-consistent models for heavy ions acceleration (both stochastic and regular) are discussed. Those models are applied to account for the growth of the mean charge of heavy elements with energy which was measured for solar cosmic rays and anomalous component of cosmic rays in the heliosphere. The influence of Coulomb and adiabatic energy losses are also discussed for those modeling. The anisotropic propagation of solar cosmic rays in interplanetary space is considered. Using pitch-angle scattering model we determine the mean free path of neutron-decay protons for several solar flares. The possibility to study nonlinear wave-particle interactions in the interpalnetary space is also discussed.
