Giant flare of SGR is investigated in the framework of model, which is based on a nuclear explosion in the neutron star (NS) crust due to the chain fission reactions of a superheavy nuclei. During the starquake in the NS crust this matter becomes unstable, explodes and creates a plasma in the NS magnetosphere. Dominant reactions of the neutrino cooling are investigated in detail. It's shown, that the assumption about a strong NS magnetic field is necessary in the case of a high efficiency nuclei burning, whereas a low effeciency is not needed for magnetic field for the agreement with observation data.
