Visa information

Foreign participants should apply for visas at the Russian Consulate in their countries.

We would like to note that getting a tourist visa often appears to be more simple and fast procedure than getting a visa for attending a conference. Support documents for touristic visas are usually provided by hotels.

If you need an invitation letter for a visa application, please contact the organizers. The request for the invitation letter can be also submitted during the on-line registration procedure. Please, keep in mind that it may take upto one and a half month to prepare the invitation letter depending on a nationality of the applicant.
