Registration Fees before June 6, 2017
Regular participant 9000 rub / 150 euro
PhD student or student 5000 rub / 80 euro
Accompanying person 3000 rub / 50 euro
Registration Fees after June 7, 2017 and on-site
Regular participant 12000 rub / 200 euro
PhD student or student 7000 rub / 120 euro
Accompanying person 3000 rub / 50 euro
Regular participant and student fees cover admission to all
Workshop sessions, the Workshop Program & Abstracts
booklet, coffee breaks, poster refreshments, and the banquet.
Payment form can be accessed after registration via Participant's personal page
How to Pay
The payments should be made from the Online Registration page of a participant (an accompanying person).
First, it is necessary to choose the Registration fee type and save it at the Registration fee section. (The same thing at the Hotel accommodation, Visa, Transportation, Cultural program sections if needed). Thus all orders appear at the Payments section of the Online Registration page. To proceed the payment, tick the order (or several orders) if you agree with the sum to pay. Then choose the payment type. Finally, press Pay button.
Types of payment:
1. Bank transfer
The invoice can be done either in EUR or USD. It is necessary to print it and transfer the payment via bank. Don’t correct anything in the invoice.
2. Credit card
The online credit card payment is made with the safe Assist e-payment system. The Assist window will be opened to submit the credit card data and complete the payment.
VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club cards are accepted for the payment.
