This will be the 12th scientific meeting on neutron star physics
in Saint Petersburg starting from the first gathering in
1988. It is organized by the Theoretical Astrophysics
Department of the Ioffe Institute. The last conference of this series took place in 2017:

The conference is planned to be held mostly in the offline (in-person) format. The working language of the conference is Russian. The scientific program will include invited talks, contributed talks, and posters, which will be selected by the Scientific Organizing Committee. The conference will cover all major topics of observations and theory of neutron stars and related phenomena. |
