conference place and the hotel "Oktiabrskaya"
(Oktiabrskiy building and Ligovskiy building)
(in the down town).
NO hotel prepayment is necessary!

Participants are advised to make their reservations
by the Local Organizing Committee (IWFAC@mail.ioffe.ru)
by May 15, 2009.

(i) arrival/departure dates;
(ii) number of guests;
(iii) hotel/room preferences;
A representative of the Local Organizing Committee
will meet you in the airport; help you with transportation
to the hotel and check-in procedure.
Please note that one night stay will be charged
to the conference budget account in the case of
late cancellation. If your travel plan is
changed please notify the Local Organizing Committee
(IWFAC@mail.ioffe.ru
) at your earliest convenience.
The Local Organizing Committee is ready to assist
participants in room reservations at other hotels
of the city. Please forward your request concerning
the hotel reservation to the Local Organizing
Committee.
All payments in Russia should be in roubles.
Arrival and departure A representative
of the Local Organizing Committee will meet participants at the Airport or the Railway
station. Please inform us of the date and time of your arrival and the number of flight
or train.
