We present analysis of optical data on two binary millisecond pulsars J0621+2514 É J0740+6620. The presumed companion of J0621+2514 was found in the SDSS and Pan-STARRS catalogues, while that of J0740+6620 was detected with the Gran Telescopio Canarias. Comparison with white dwarfs cooling models show that the former is likely a He-core white dwarf with a temperature of about 10000 K, and the latter can be an ultracool He-atmosphere white dwarf with a temperature of < 3500 K.
