University of Latvia main building

On August 3 and 4, the Symposium’s activities will be held in the headquarters of University of Latvia. Its address: Raina bulvaris 19, Riga, LV-1586

Those who arrive on Aug.3 or earlier, and those who have to stay after Aug.8 as well, are kindy asked to book their lodging in Riga. Here the two accommodation options with very attractive pricing policies are suggested to the simposium attendees.
Those who dislike the above options can select any of multiple hotels and hostels offered from Booking.com, or Hostels.com, or any of the similar services.

Ratnieki - University of Latvia convention center

On August 4 through 8 the Symposium’s venue will be Ratnieki, the historical manor bequeathed to the University of Latvia by its kind sponsor R. Hirsch and now converted to a convention center. It is located in a beautiful green area (Gaujas National Park). Bus transfer from Riga (55 km) will be provided. Countryside attractions and recreative facilities are in the nearest vicinity.
