the Russian Consulate in their countries.
Invitation Letters for visa application can be
provided by the Local Committee upon
request. Please, keep in mind that it may take
a month to prepare an Invitation Letter. The request for the invitation letter can be submitted during
the on-line registration procedure.
Alternatively, visa support
required for visa application can be provided by
hotels.
