We developed an algorithm to decompose a dense spike clusters into individual spikes, which improved significantly the statistics of the spike spectral properties. The derived distributions and their central moments are then compared with the model predictions based on the renormalized theory of the ECM spectrum formation in a source with random magnetic fluctuations. The comparison offers a new nice way of the magnetic fluctuation diagnostics.
