**An appropriate letter from a supervisor has to confirm student status.

The fee covers:
Taxi from airport and back, participation in the scientific sessions; visa support; shuttle bus from hotel to Conference hall, conference file, book of Abstracts and Final program, Welcome party; coffee breaks and lunches (the latter is not included for accompanying person and students).

Participants are kindly requested to pay the registration fee in advance by bank-to-bank transfer (account will open March 01)

On participant's request the Local Organizing Committee will send Invoice to make respective payment correctly.
No personal or company checks can be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund

If you have already registered and find that you are not able to come, you must notify the Organizing Committee in writing of your request for cancellation and refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of a written notice, less a $50 service charge, if received by May 15, 2004. After this date, no refund can be given.
