Accommodation

A block of rooms in the hotel "Moskva" (located in the center of the city, address: Aleksandra Nevskogo pl., 2) and hotel "Azimut" (address: Lermontovsky pr., 43/1) will be available for the participants to reserve (via the Local Organizing Committee) until May 1, 2008. Reservation fee is usually 25% of the room rate. If you have any special accomodation needs and requests, please contact the Local Organizing Committee and we do our best to assist your requests.

Please reserve hotel room via the Local Organizing Committee (Nanodiamond(a)mail.ioffe.ru) by May 1, 2008.

Please Indicate:

(i) arrival/departure dates;
(ii) number of guests;
(iii) hotel/room preferences;

No prepayment is necessary.

A representative of the Local Organizing Committee will meet you in the airport, help you with transportation to the hotel and check-in procedure.
You will pay for the number of nights you will be staying plus reservation fee (25% of one day stay rate). The payment is by arriving (both major credit cards and cash are acceptable).
Please note that one night stay will be charged to the conference budget account in the case of late cancellation. If your travel plan is changed please notify the Local Organizing Committee (Nanodiamond@mail.ioffe.ru) at your earliest convenience.

Arrival and departure

A representative of the Local Organizing Committee will meet participants at the Airport or the Railway station. Please inform us of the date and time of your arrival and the number of flight or train.
