24.07.2009: 27th International Symposium on Shock Waves is finished. The organizers would like to thank all the attendees for their participation and contributions. The list of delegates has been provided to all the attendees of the Symposium (please see our email of July,30)
14.09.2009: Could we draw your attention to the fact that the submission deadline for Shock Wave Journal archival issues (Sept.30) is approaching. The SWJ Editorial is collecting the archival versions of your ISSW27 contributions through their web interface. For the details, please refer to the Shock Waves Journal - ISSW27 special issue announcement.

The invitation to the ISSW-27 picture galleries has been sent to all Symposium attendees! If you have not received the corespondent email, if it has been occassionally deleted or if you need to refresh this invitation, please don't hesitate to write an email to us. We'd be also glad to invite the shock wave community members who did not attend ISSW-27 to look at the Symposium pictures. Those who are interested in, please write us to get the personal invitation.

By decision of the IAC, The 28th International Symposium on Shock Waves will be held in Manchester, United Kingdom. The Aero-Physics Laboratory, School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering of the University of Manchester is the host.
